　　　　  在花蓮市區，有一家新開的日本拉麵店，叫做「麵屋小田」。這家店由料理長劉彥男創立，從以往平價拉麵轉向特色獨門拉麵，追求的是老饕極緻的味蕾與滿足感。

There is a new Japanese ramen restaurant in the downtown area of Hualien called "Menya Oda." The restaurant was founded by Chef Liu Yannan, who shifted from serving affordable ramen to unique and specialty ramen that aims to satisfy the discerning taste buds of ramen lovers.　　

　　麵屋小田的湯頭都是使用純豬骨熬製而成，不添加豬背油，給你濃郁豐富的拉麵口感。

　　店內有各種風味的日本拉麵可供選擇，包括博多豚骨拉麵、久留米白湯拉麵、九州地獄拉麵、喜多方醬油拉麵、東京都味噌拉麵、長崎鰹魚拉麵等，讓你在花蓮也能品嚐到正宗的日本拉麵。

The soup base of Menya Oda's ramen is made purely from pig bones and does not contain any pork back oil, which results in a rich and flavorful ramen experience. The restaurant offers various flavors of Japanese ramen to choose from, including Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, Kurume White Soup Ramen, Kyushu Hell Ramen, Kitakata Soy Sauce Ramen, Tokyo-style Miso Ramen, and Nagasaki Katsuobushi Ramen. This allows customers to taste authentic Japanese ramen even in Hualien.

店內擁有全花蓮獨家的招牌拉麵，例如老饕最愛的「肉王拉麵」，搭配了10片叉燒肉以及大份量的麵，短短開店一個月就賣出了１００碗，成為鎮店之王，甚至還有小朋友能夠獨自吃完一整碗的肉王拉麵，可見吸引力有多麼的強。

Menya Oda also has a signature ramen dish exclusive to Hualien, such as the "Meat King Ramen," which is a favorite of ramen connoisseurs. This dish is served with ten pieces of char siu and a large amount of noodles. Within just a month of opening, it sold 100 bowls and became the king of the shop. Even children can finish a whole bowl of Meat King Ramen alone, indicating its strong appeal.

　　還有全花蓮最辣的拉麵「地獄乾麵」，媲美台北最辣的大王乾麵。之前還有網紅特地來拍攝開箱影片挑戰最辣的魔王拉麵，只要能吃完一整碗魔王乾麵就能夠獲得５００元的獎金，當時在花蓮引起了不小的轟動，吸引很多愛吃辣的老饕前往挑戰嘗試！

店內風格帶點日式風，座位數約20至30個左右，播放著日本音樂，彷彿置身在日本拉麵店！　　

　　劉老闆當初從花蓮北上時，在台北遇到一位日本師傅傳授，師承後回花蓮就開了這家日本拉麵店。為了講求品質，麵條也是與台北製麵廠契約後特別訂製的。豬肉來源可是使用CAS認證的廠商與花蓮綜合市場的國產豬，保證每一碗拉麵的品質。

The restaurant also offers the spiciest ramen in Hualien, called "Hell Dry Noodles," which rivals the spiciest Da Wang Dry Noodles in Taipei. Previously, there was a viral challenge where a netizen filmed an unboxing video to challenge the spiciest "Devil King Ramen." If one could finish a whole bowl of Devil King Dry Noodles, they would receive a prize of NT$500. It caused quite a stir in Hualien and attracted many spicy food lovers to try it out.

　　「麵屋小田」的經營理念是讓顧客可以在店內享受到最正宗的日本拉麵美味，因此店家也十分講究食材的品質和製作過程的細節。店家表示，他們每天都會從早到晚精心製作湯頭，讓湯頭的味道更加濃郁豐富，麵條也都是經過反覆測試與改良，讓口感更加Q彈有嚼勁。

The restaurant's interior design has a Japanese style, with around 20 to 30 seats and Japanese music playing in the background. It feels like being in a Japanese ramen restaurant! Chef Liu learned from a Japanese master when he was in Taipei before he returned to Hualien to open this Japanese ramen restaurant. To ensure quality, the noodles are specially customized through a contract with a noodle manufacturer in Taipei. The pork used is from CAS-certified vendors and domestic pigs in the Hualien Comprehensive Market, ensuring the quality of every bowl of ramen.

　　除了拉麵之外，「麵屋小田」還提供了一系列的小菜和飲品，如炸雞翅、炸水餃等，讓顧客可以一邊等待拉麵一邊享受精緻炸物美食。

　　值得一提的是，「麵屋小田」的價格也非常特別，從99元的銅板拉麵到350元的頂級肉王拉麵都能滿足各層級的客人，小菜和飲品的價格也都很實惠，讓顧客可以輕鬆享受到高品質的美食。

Menya Oda's philosophy is to let customers enjoy the most authentic Japanese ramen in the restaurant, so they pay great attention to the quality of the ingredients and the details of the preparation process. The restaurant claims that they carefully prepare the soup base from morning till night to make it more flavorful and rich, and the noodles are tested and improved repeatedly to make them more chewy and elastic. Besides ramen, Menya Oda also offers a range of side dishes and beverages, such as fried chicken wings, fried dumplings, and other delicacies that customers can enjoy while waiting for their ramen.

Lastly, Menya Oda's prices are also unique, ranging from NT$99 for the copper coin ramen.
